Too many kids and rude neighbors

This is one of the noisiest complexes I have ever lived in, probably because it is one of the biggest I've ever lived in too and they have a greater need to fill the many vacancies. The grounds are well kept though, but there ia a lot of white-trash rift-raft in this entire area. The noise level is especially great around the pools. The management does nothing to police the screaming kids and their parents who could care less.
