grass was green the trees were all nice and trimmed, the staff was the best. Ann Morgan came and now the grass is dead there is a pedafile living here they dont fix ---- head guy quit I have to buy raid to keep out ants the microwave is 20 yrs old the dishwasher is 50 yrs old trailer trash has taken over since this is the cheapest place on the street next to the low income ones across the street management is "wow" yea shes aa real B and it seems like she proud of it it seems like she gave all the landscapers an apartment like 30 mexican me in a 2 bed room and all they do is sit outside and dring and make comments as you walk by. there is one lady that lets her little girl run around outside naked "with a pedafile residing here" they fired the security officers because they one guy was caught sleeping in his car and another having sex with a teen resident in his car she'll move in anyone because she cant rent the apartments out because it has a bad rap now. Oh yea and the cops are always here and i didnt tell you about the hellicopter when they were looking for someone and there are always parties and people are parking in you spot and the manager wants you to park behind them and ask them to call you if they want you to move i guess this is her way of making you handle it. I think its dangerous. The only reason I am still here is because i'm waiting to purchase a house and didnt want to live in the getto but this plance has become the getto, there were no ------ now its covered in them and the landscapers and trailer trash it has a row of broken down cars and trash all over the ground no place for kids to play but in the street

This review is actually fairly accurate...though I think the pedophile is gone now. However, the racist remark about black people is nasty and is typical of the white trash element here in this redneck area. The presence of black people has nothing to do with the crappiness of the apartment complex.
