Rare trash collections, constant management changes, large accounting errors.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Frequent management changes resulting in major accounting errors. Lost rental checks and unwarranted late fees a constant problem. Trash builds up quickly and overflows the dumpsters. Appears to be insufficient maintenance staff for property size.
