We have complained about the loud music that the neighbors blast all times of the night. No one ever checked it out. I hate it here my kids are constantly getting woke up at all hours of the night because of the people that live up stairs. I cant wait til we get out of here. Our whole apartment is falling apart. Our Microwave, Stove etc. Dont move to this Ghetto. I even think Indio might be better!!!!!!!!
