I lived in this complex for over five years. In that time, there were at least three buildings set on fire. The entire grounds and buildings are filthy and in disrepair. Laundry facilities never work. Nothing is ever fixed. Cops are having to be called here all the time for vandalism, loud parties, cars being broken into, and domestic disturbances. Management is clueless and lazy. The gate to the pool area was broken for over fifteen months until they finally fixed it, (seven months after I brought it to their attention). Anyone's child could have drowned, they didn't care enough to fix a ten dollar lock. Many times the pool is in disrepair. The spa may be hot or freezing cold, it's anybody's guess. Pool lights are never on, pool area is in total darkness. I guess it takes a genius to figure out that the time changes twice a year and light timers need to be changed accordingly. Most of the excercise equipment is never serviced or repaired, presenting a danger to anyone using it. The tennants are all idiots, with no regard for their neighbors. I told maintenance about a huge tree that was uprooting and beginning to fall. They did nothing. The next big wind storm blew it over onto a tennant's truck, doing severe damage to the truck. Gates and locks are always broken, what is supposed to be security for the residents, becomes nothing but an inconvenience. Like one of the other people reported, I have been trapped in the complex, unable to get out due to broken gates. There is no manual way of opening them. This is a complex that deserves to go belly up. Management should be fired, and they should be punished financially for their negligence and incompetence. Tennants have taken the butt of this for too long. Keep writing. Together we can screw these idiots. Also they charge a pet (cats) fee every month. A discriminitory fee that only the honest tennant's are paying. Many people have dogs which are not allowed, and pay no fee. All in all the place is a run down ---- hole with incompetent management and idiot neighbors. Because of their incompetence, the complex is getting worse all the time, and they are desperate for tennants. Their desperation will only insure their decline. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I am so glad to be out, but I am still furious at these idiots. Moving is a huge hassle and expense, and I don't like it when it is forced on me by morons. I am in the process of attempting to take legal action against them. If I am successful, I will post information here for anyone else who hates these idiots as much as I do, and feels that they deserve compensation for their troubles as well!!!!! Let's put these -------s out of business.
