I have been renting here for the past two and a half years and have had nothing but problems. These problems range from completely clueless management to problems with tennants who don't watch their children as well as teenagers who only desire to vandalize the grounds. Cops are consistently being called here, which makes me nervous for my safety. Nothing is ever fixed here, laundry facilities are rediculous. For example, I went to do my laundry just this afternoon to find out that all of the laundry machines have been removed without prior notice to the tenants. Another complete inconvenience created by this complex. The grounds are constantly being trashed by tenants and the complex takes forever to clean anything up. The gym is a joke because the equipment does not work and management can't or will not keep kids out of the area. Too many children are left unattended here, especially around the pool areas as well as the gym area. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or dies. I have had rent checks miraculously disappear and have had to argue with management to not charge me a late fee for their incompetence. This place is an absolute joke. It is only a matter of time before someone takes Desert Oasis to court for gross neglegence.
