This is one of the worst places in Palm Desert. Known by the police as Felony Flats. There are fights almost every night. The managers son is always involved. No Security, Sleep with your eyes open. There are breakins often. They break in the sliding glass doors. I had to move, my car was damaged, my daughters car was stollen.Its terrible, Management sucks. Maintenance does not get done, It is not a safe place, they will move anyone in.

THESE REVIEWS OUR CLEARLY PERSONAL ISSUES THAT PEOPLE HAVE HAD AND WONT LET GO......I think both of those responses our true LIES!!!! I have lived at desert oasis for three months and have received nothing but good customer service from all the staff. I am a full time student and struggle financially and the manager Linda has been nothing but helpful setting up payment plans and working with me. Linda is very tolerant and paicent and open, she expects very little and has always been there for her tenants, but people take advantage of kindness. I love it here and not once have I felt wrong about the apartments. The girls in the front always try there best and do what they can; especially pearl no matter what she always calls back even if she can??t fix it or knows she is wrong she calls and lets us (I and everyone I have spoken too here at the apartments) know what??s going on. But all these apartments it??s no easy task. Clearly these other response our personal issues and this is a very immature way to deal with it!!!! Grow up and face the facts no apartment complex is perfect, but desert oasis is close they do what they can to help in any way possible what more could you ask for?? Good rent price and great location!!!

to the last commenter, you are a moron for sticking up for these people. just because you're a struggling student and they helped you out, does not make this complex "perfect." not everyone gets help via a payment plan agreement. you're obviously used to living in filth and disheveled conditions. judging by your many grammatical errors, you probably should be taking a remedial english language course.
