I have lived here over a year now and could not be more content! the staff are great the maintenance is good and the tenants are actually screened for felonies!!!! a few months ago there was a big BBQ and it was lots of fun!! free food, swimming, raffel with prizes and it just felt like a big family hanging out!! i will admit that last year maintenance did struggle, but it really seems like things have DRASTICLY changed. the property looks great (landscape) well manicured and cleaned the pools are cleaner and there is always a smiling face in the office! its sad to see that all these people get upset and write mean things but cant take the time and say thank you for the good things that are done! maybe things were bad at one time but for the last year i have no complaints and would recommend it to my friends and family !
