I have lived at Desert Oasis for about a year now and I must say I have had an OK experience. The units are aged, but in liveable condition. The only frustrating issue that I have had is my parking, but that did get resolved. When I got here the landscape on the property was horrible, but it has improved tremondously over the period that I have lived here. The staff is friendly and do their best. Maintenance does take a while to come and fix things, but they get it done eventually. Yes, there are things that can improve here. The price is great as well as the location.
