I lived here for about 1 year and everything was exactly as expected. It is an inexpensive apartment complex in a great location in Palm Desert. The units are old - but the walls are block (so basically indestructible) and the roofs were replaced while I was there. The staff is friendly and the other residents are just fine. Again, you can not expect resort living if you are not paying crazy resort prices. I paid for a nice place to live and that is exactly what I got. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend the apartment to anyone who needs a place in Palm Desert in a convenient location and does not want to pay a ton of money.
