DON'T MOVE HERE

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
They are slowly converting this place to condos, and haven't bothered to tell the residents in case they are willing to pay the $1000 lease break fine. They "plan" to start converting next year, but have already started construction on things.

We weren't gonna move, but now we have no choice. People who have lived here 10 years are having to scramble to find somewhere else to live. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
