I used to live in these apartments which it's now called The Regent Palm Desert... they may have great move in specials, BUT the space for a 1 bed/1 bath is really smal...your talking about 700 square feet. its not enough space for a couple living there. the bedrooms are right next to each other. so you can here other people making love, SERIOUSLY!!! EVEN ABOVE YOU!!! you can here the bed rock back and forth and you can never get a good nights sleep. the property may look good from the outside (Front entrance) , but if you go towards the back there is a family who has like 5-10 cats and a 3 year old child in a 1 bed/1 bath apartment. the back of the property is where the staff put all the low lifes... so people coming in to tour the apartments cant see them... what about the fair housing act' the security patrol is never there when you need them...they come in at night to check on things and leave until the next morning. there ar alot of drug dealing going on there as well. I would always park my car in my assigned spot, but everytime I went and parked...there was a lady who kept looking out here living room window and her bedroom window to see if anyone was breaking in or to see if there was a cop. she would always hacve a bed seet across the living room window and her bedroom window. Isn't that what blinds are used for' and she had security cameras pointing towards her front door and her patio sliding door. talk about being paranoid!!! anyways...thanks for reading my rant.
