You just have to come here, meet management, see the inside of the apartment and you'll truly like all of it. Adam ( i.e. manager) has made every effort to take care of the residence. I moved into my unit, the carpet was cleaned prior, however a few weeks had gone by huge spots started showing in the living room, in October they completely replaced the carpet in the entire apartment, they do not skim, they do it the right way the 1st time. Another issue my a/c last summer went out an hour after contacting the staff there was someone out here attempting to fix it , unfortunately I had to wait a day because they determined I needed a new unit, but were willing to do whatever to make it comfy for me. You just don't get service like this to often, and lets face it, all apartments have the downside, but truly Living here has been great, have NO complaints, well I do have 1 minor, the laundry room needs to be updated and more provided, but other then that its honestly been a great place to live. VERY QUIET!!! NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 1O, SAFE, NO DRUG OR CRIME ISSUES, THE STAFF LIVE ON PROPERTY AND REALLY MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THEY DONT TOLERATE ANY DISTURBANCE, GATED, POOL, SPA, LANDSCAPING IS KEPT UP. ALL UNITS ARE 2 BEDROOM 2 FULL BATH @ 935.00 A MONTH. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS -
