I lived there for one year and it was a total nightmare!! People throwing cigarette butts on my patio, sewage leaks, and the worse of all countless roaches. Neighbors were loud after hours. People blocked parking areas. Police was always around because people would pull the fire alarm. Maintenance was never really around. Overall I rather live in a jail cell.
