Been living there a year now. Close to everything. Quiet area in Warm Sands. But no cruising in the area. That is down the street. Thank Gawd! New renovations. Stainless Appliances, Granite counter tops. nice bathroom, tile thru out. Good Size apt. I wish the AC unit was quieter! That is my only real negative thing I can say. Court yard is clean, Pool is hardly used and the BBQ station is usually kept clean.

All in all, I like the place.
