I have lived here for close to 10 years and with the exception of the frist 4 years it was a pretty nice place to live, mangement was good, grounds were well taken care of and if something broke it was fixed right. The last 5 years new mangement company took over and now the grounds arent kept up like they use to be, trying to get things fixed takes a act of congress, the upper patio are being held up by 4 x 4 so they won't fall down and been like that for the past 3 years. The paint on the bilding is chipping off and has been like that since I moved in and when we have a wind strom I find peices of wood on my patio that has come off the building. It's very, very noisy place, lots of parties that last though the night. The parking structure is falling apart, since I have been here I know of 6 cars being stolen and several broken into along with breaking of all windows and tires being flaten. As far as the mangement goes, they just don't care, they will tell you what you want to hear instead of trying to fix the problem. Last year there were gunshots in the parking lot. There are lots of kids here and they are very destructive to the property, throwing things in the pool, pool furniture whatever they can fine to throw in. In the summer I have went to use the pool and found fices floating on top of the water.
