Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2009
 
Over eleven years at this address: The apartments are conveniently located. No shuttling of the kids at all: Walking distance to both Terman and Gunn.
What really makes the difference is the on-site property manager who is extremely helpful and has a great positive attitude. He does handle little repairs himself in no time.
