Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
The apartment was WAY too expensive given the location and the maintenance. The 2 bedroom apartment we lived in was pretty spacious but it was right on the top floor and the building did not have an elevator so it was a little painful. Our balcony faced alma street and it was VERY NOISY which is why we moved. We saw the place during the weekend and did not factor in the noise when we decided to rent the place.
The rents were way more than what the place deserved. THe apartments were not maintained very well and the management was not the most helpful I have seen.
Bottom line; Unless you are about to live in your car, don't rent at this place.
