I?m still living here, here?e the scoop

Parking- don?t even get me started! There?s just not enough parking for all the extra cars. There?s not a thing they can do about it! Believe me, I?ve been screaming about it for the last 9 years.

It used to be non-assigned parking and it was pure hell! Now, they have assigned spots but people park in mine all the time. Thank heavens it?s only for a couple of minutes and not all through the night. Bottom line is that yes "the parking sucks" as said in an earlier review.

The grounds are very beautiful and they do spend a lot of time (and probably our rent money)on keeping them up. My apartment is very generous in size and I have a giant balcony! I?ve seen only one other apartment interior here and that?s because my friend just moved into a one bedroom. Hers is all new and boy!... what a difference. Mine is still stuck in the 70?s but hers is nicely upgraded.

Management- John the manager is a super person! He?s the only manager that we?ve ever had (since the new company took over about 5-6 years ago) that actually cares about the residents. He knows names, he remembers conversations and he cares for the property. It shows!

Jennan-OMG! She is the sweetest person you?ll ever know. She?s always happy and she loves to make you feel like you?re welcome. She would be perfect for my son(hint hint).

Maintenance- Alberto and the blonde guy(can?t remember his name) are wonderful. They too have been the best in a long long time. They?re always friendly and I?ve never really had any problems with thier work.

The bad- Parking!!!! Noisy neighbors sometimes, the train sometimes toots the horn for nearly an entire mile of travel. The other 2 pools aren?t heated, the gym is kinda small, Parking!!! Alberton?s is old and small, we sometimes have ants but not too bad, Parking!!!.

Overall, this has been a very nice place to call home. I?ve looked elsewhere and heard some stories about some of the alternatives. One of the coolest things is that they actually reduced my rent becuase of the market coming down. I had to wait until my lease expired before I could do it but they kept their word and lowered me the next month. Anyway, I hope this helps you decide if you like this place or not.
