I love this place! It has charachter and the management is responsive and personal. I?ve lived here for a long time and I?ve seen many new faces in the office but they?ve had this "line up" for almost 2 years now.

The building has some age to it but the manager is doing a great job of "freshening up". When I first moved in the place was a dive but the management company that came in about 5-6 years ago really changed things for the better. We now have assigned parking (although extra parking is tight)and they took out a slummy part of the building to put in a new fitness center.

If you?re going to need to live in Palo Alto.... I recommend Stanford Villa. The lady in the office is nice and she cracks me up!
