Slumlord True slumlords. It took then a month to replace a MISSING bathroom window. They refused to hire a heating contractor to replace a broken furnace part, even after five visits from their own staff failed to fix the problem. I was without heat for three weeks. They don't care about

Peaceful Place to Live We moved to this building in 2009 and have really enjoyed living here. The management is a young couple with little kids, but they are very responsive to maintenance requests, and seem to genuinely care about the tenants. All in all this is a great neighborhood,

Nice Experience I moved my family here from San Mateo because of the better High Schools. My Son attended Gunn and I was working at Stanford. We enjoyed the local restaurants and beautiful parks. We spent 5 years in the El Camino apartments and had a great experience with the Apartment
