Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place is smack dab in the middle of the Ghetto and completely unsafe. management has changed three times since I moved in A YEAR AGO!! and is getting worse with each new group. The place is a mess and the common areas are so dirty that they are unusable. If you are thinking of renting an apartment here, you should think again. I would rather live just about anywhere else than here. Good-Luck.
