To Start A New Year With A New Place

I lived in the Century Place Apartment for an entire year. When I first moved in it wasnt any problems, until tow months within the lease. I had pigeons feeces and sometimes dead pigeons on my balcony. I never had an opportunity to utlize the balcony. I stressed this to Management and they thought it was okay. The elavators were always down and the hallways smell of urine. I was was happy when my lease terms were up.
