First off I had lived here for a few years and I had seen this place go from bad to good and then back to bad again. I honestly don't think it's JUST the so called "ghetto --- people" living here. I think it's the ghetto --- management that does nothing but mix in with the crowd. Ghetto' Yes ghetto! They couldn't buy professional if it was for sale! If you want to get tossed back and forth from managers until one of them finally gets off their --- and does something about it then go right on ahead. If you happen to sneak in and use the computer with them not noticing you are there you can hear everything that really goes on in the office. Everything from ---- talking about other residents to full details about these ----- wild and explicit drunken parties etc. Does this management company honestly expect for us residents to respect these kind of Managers' If you don't believe me go see it for yourself! I aint gonna put someones business on blast but one of these managers has a drinking problem and a lot of people around here talk especially the ones that this ---- thinks she can tell everything to. We just laugh out loud on how stupid this ---- is especially living at the property. Anyways, people are just fed up that management is careless and does not give a rats ---! There are break in's after break in's and people fighting in the pool areas, people loitering everywhere and just recently a shooting and when do we get any memos of this happening'' NEVER! It's just LAME! 9 out of 10 times you'll find the main manager sitting and hiding behind her desk playing the busy role. Is she glued to that chair or what' I'm just glad that I moved out and don't have to walk into that office anymore with my fake smile waiting for them to get fired. Either this owners are stupid or they have the wool pulled over their eyes. I moved to a local community who's managers are PROACTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL and not just someone faking it till they make it!
