	I've been living here for 2 years now and I enjoy it. It is always very clean and they do a good job of keeping up the grounds. Nice place for families or young couples. I have no complaints.

	Horrible management. Terry is rude and only cares about money. He lets everyone and anyone live there. Parking is overcrowded. Compact parking. Too many cars not enough parking. People have to park in the fire lanes and then get tickets. ... more

	I´VE BEEN LIVING IN SOMERSET VILLAGE FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS, I LOVE THE BUILDING BUT IT HAS GONE DOWN A LOT DUE TO THE KINDS OF PEOPLE THEY LET MOVE IN NOW. NEED TO SCREEN NEW APPLICANTS HARDER.
