I feel that if you want privacy and action taken when you address a legitimate concern, Twin Towers Apartments is not the residence for you.

On numerous occasions management staff/owner entered my dwelling without giving me a 24-hour notice in advance.

Entering without notice violates a Civil Code that all Landlords are supposed to abide by.

Also in the winter my apartment lacked the service of hot water for over a month and no actions were taken to offer tenants a reduction in rent or even notify them in writing that there was a plumbing problem.
