This place is incredibly quiet and the manager is a no-nonsense lady, but she's really very fair and decent and actually quite helpful. I lived here for three years, but got a promotion in October and relocated to S.F. I would move back in a heartbeat. As for prices, this place is not cheap, but it's less than other comparable places in Pasadena. Besides, if you're looking for CHEAP, you ain't gonna find it in THIS neighborhood! I think the lady complaining about spiders and stuff has got bats in her belfry. (Or maybe just an axe to grind). Anyway, I heartily recommend Windrose to anybody who values a quiet apartment lifestyle. You can't beat it.
