I had a 2 bedroom/loft for 2 years.
They rented a unit to a LIVE band leader right below my unit. Had to call the police 4 times in two months.
Manager plays favorites with "pet" residents.
10 Cars broken into in underground parking. Security cameras dummies and record/show nothing!
Laundry machines on site have low water Lvl's to prevent overloading, BUT will NOT get your clothes clean.
15% of residents are Low/Moderate renters $841 for two bedroom, $1241 for 2 and loft. I paid $2000 a month for mine.
Low to moderate renters are exactly what the name implies, noting more, nothing less. I resent paying $2000 a month to live next to 5 kids crammed into a 2 bedroom unit for $841 a month!!!.
AND they are in the pool all at 1 time.
Pool is NEVER EVER heated, use it 3 to 4 months a year unless you have a wetsuit!
The manager is professionally UNFRIENDLY! Maintenance staff turnover huge, 6 persons in the two years I lived there.
Do yourself a favor and pass!
