I lived at Windrose for way to long. All the comments written on this site are true. The first floor apartments constantly leak especially 423 Waldo Apt 107 and the surrounding apartments. If you are renting this apartment now..you should leave. Small children should not be exposed to this place. Constant mildew and mold growing in the walls and under the carpet. The remedy of "the fan" for the dampened apartment is sad but true for the management at Windrose Place.I've contacted the health department many times. In addition, I've contacted and written letters to the owner which anyone should be able to do. Here is his email address: James@jhmorgancpa.com. Mr. James H. Morgan, CPA could care less about your problems as tenant.Legal ones as well. Be aware, he owns other properties in the Pasadena area. The conditions of Windrose Place are horrible and unlivable.If your a tenant...do not rely on the underground parking garage. My car was broken into three times. While I was living there someone broke in and stole the tires of a BMW. ALL 4 TIRES. Do not trust Cathy, the manager. The minute you complain she dislikes you. The most unprofessional individual you will ever run into.

Those of you who are living there now, I feel for you. The people living there are great but you just cannot count on management caring about your safety, health, and overall well-being.
