I am one of "those people" referred to as low income. In fact I am one of several individuals living here on a special housing program offered for MODERATE INCOME families/individuals. I am a teacher. I will not apologize for my participation in a housing program that was created to "help"
persons making less than six-figure salaries. I truly appreciate the opportunity to live in Pasadena as it is close to my work location. Without the housing program offered through Windrose Place & the City of Pasadena I, like many other good people would not be able to afford the rents in Pasadena. Shame on those who are so bigoted toward their neighbors!!! If you want value for your dollar, no matter how many dollars that is......move to this community!
