I have lived at Windrose for 2 years. First of all CATHY the manager could care less about any problems you have. My car has been broken into 2 times and when I went to talk to her about the security issues all she could say was "It's happening everywhere". Instead of using their money to paint the building that looked fine to begin with, they should invest in some actual SECURITY. There are fake cameras and anyone can just follow someone into the garage. I have been paying $1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment which is very small. You would think with that price I would have some kind of safety and security. Oh and people are right, the minute you say anything to Cathy she suddenly is cold as ice to you (except if you have a pet). I will be moving out very soon!!!!! DONT RENT HERE!!!
