Worst Apartment We Have Ever Lived in!!!!!!!

My family and I have left Windrose Place. We lived there for almost a year (can't believe we dealt with b.s. for so long), left the place completely clean (no holes in the walls, clean carpet, and left it really how we received it) and we got our security deposit back and received only $299 out of $800. What the hell' We've lived in bigger apts. before where we did end up putting holes on the walls with pictures and we still got back most of our money. We also gave them our forwarding address, and instead of mailing our security deposit to the forwarding address, Cathy, the incompetent apt. manager instead mailed our deposit to another location because she saw us there. What can we say about Windrose Place but that that part of our lives were complete misery and wish we can erase it. With constant noise from tenants, cars being broken into in the "gated" garage, half-ass jobs the maintenance crew performs, it is not worth paying $2000/mo. for this hell hole. My toddler son had sleep issues living there, there was flooding in our apt., apt. shutting off water at least once a week, and too many to list. Please don't live here. You can find a better apt. near Old Town.

All I can say to all of these comments is thanks...I was thinking about this property because it seemed like a deal...Cathy sounds bipolar...

Hmm... i was just there today considering moving into a 1br plus loft.. but from the sounds of these reviews I am still not sure.. see my thing is I really dont like to be bothered... but if its just a managment thing maybe I can still handle it.. I did talk to Cathy today.. she did seems like she can get mood swings... does anyone else have anything to share about these apartment.. I mean at least was it a decent living space.. or is everthing ran down?
