I just attempted to rent from them. They told me i COULD NOT BE REJECTED based on credit. Then after already putting my 2 weeks notice in for work, after setting up movers, I get a call telling me they wont take us and we live in Massachusetts so this was brutalizing! They have made our lives hell and don't care a single bit. This cathy who works there was condesceding. THESE ARE AWFUL PEOPLE! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

These people are crooks. They charge you to $50 to 'run your credit' and then after not running your credit, they deny you. Money down the drain.

Katy the manager, is one of the nicest Americans I've met upon arriving in Pasadena. I was about to rent an apartment, already paid my deposit and all. But I saw a cottage in which i fell in love in instantly, So I wanted to cancel my contract. I told Katy about it and she was very professional and nice and still gave all my deposit back and wished me well on the cottage. I wish all managers were like Katy.

My experience with Cathy was not very good. She appears very nice but is not. She treats her co-workers like dirt too.
