the windrose apartments are not cheap, and to save money you could find a better deal elsewhere for sure. but, when it comes to home: you get what you pay for--and if your budget can allow for living at windrose, you won't regret the decision. it is very quiet, almost single family home quiet, and the other tenants are all young professionals. the location is perfect and the whole complex is very spread out, although there are hundreds of units, no building is larger than two stories. everything inside and out is craftsman style, with exposed wood beams and wooden decks for balconies (no stucco!!).
