I would like to say that the staff at Dry Creek has been great they always tried to rectify any situation that they could. However parking is deffenently a problem with two cars, I have had a lot of trouble with my (ASSIGNED) parking space people parking in it all the time and there really isn't much you can do except put a note on their car. Another thing that is very annoying is that people will car pool to work so people who do not even live there will pull up and leave thier cars sitting outside all day long. Parking is a problem. There has been a few things that needed to be fixed in my appartment and after a few atempt of calling to get someone to fix it all I got was someone to come and look at it and say "yep that needs to be fixed" and that was it. But for the most part the maintance has done a great job. I would say the biggest problem is the the other tennents; they are loud and very obnoxious. They do not have any respect for personal property. I think they should a little more security and Enforce their rules a little better I think a lot of things are just let go; because the biggest problem is with the kids.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, the rent is not too expensive but if you could afford to pay a little extra a month I would go somewhere else. Overall I would it is a 3-4 out of 10.
If you like loud screaming obnoxious unruly children this is the palce for you! I do have to say that I love children, but I absolutly HATE living here because of them never in my life have I met such bad Kids! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
