Managment staff are always at another property in Lake Elsinore (Lakeview Apartments) Office is always closed. If they are not there they went to take some papers to the government. To try and get a hold of office staff is a joke and a big waste of time. Calls are NEVER returned. Owners are as irrisponsible as their office staff. Crime is nothing new here. Its an everyday sean. Maintenance work order is even worst. Only if you are freinds with someone from management your work order gets done. If not you wait up to 1/2 a year before anything is done.



This is why I moved. Total apartment rating very very poor. When I moved in there was roaches, toilet was dirty carpet looks like it had been here during construction. If this is your ideal home, This is the perfect home for you.
