I used to live in Park Towne a couple years ago and the office staff then were pretty friendly except for the manager she was always gone. But for being such a large property I noticed they only had 1 maint. guy for the whole property. And this is a large property. Shows how cheap the property management company is if they can't even hire another maint. man. Its an old property already so you're going to have alot maint. request. Stop being so cheap and hire some more maint. I had a slab leak in my apartment and it was horrible. The manager seemed like she was either drunk or high and always had the other girls in the office do the work for her. Way to go Park Towne!!!

3 yrs later from your post and they still only have ONE maintenance dude and I have been here since 2007..... and management are TERRIBLE!!.... and still take over 4 days to come to a request, and if they did not write all your requests, the maintenance dude refuses to do it, and asks we write and call for another request and wait another freakin week to have it done, oh to top it off he doesn't speak ENGLISH..... and most times has to call in some other garden person to help with things sometimes.

I have been living there since april of 2008 and there is still only one maintenance person (still cant speak english) I have put in numerious work orders and it will take them around a month to get to them...
