It's really not a safe place if you are a single woman or have children. There are always bums in or around the dumpsters, even in the day time. There is no security, it's usually pretty noisy (dogs always barking, people bumping their music in the parking lot, people speeding or peeling out in the parking lot. People driving motor cycles/scooters/bikes on the side walks in between the buildings. The pool is always cloudy w/ bugs, hair & dirt always floating in the water. The play ground usually has a lot of trash on the ground. One lady who has three young children and lives right in front of the play ground opens her door and will occasionally fling a dirty diaper onto the playground. I stopped bringing my kids there- in the afternoons, there are a lot of children on the playground that get pretty roudy, and no adults supervising them. Anytime I requested maintenance to fix something, it would take a long time to get done and what THEY didn't get done, they tried to take out of my deposit when I went to move out.
