This place has gotten worse since I've been here. There are a lot that managers do not tell the property managers I doubt that the owner of the property knows 75% of what's going on around here. The on site managers are lazy and dont really care what's going unless it's happening to them.
There is a lot of segregation and violence. Which again the on site managers will deny is not taking place but if you were to check on Riverside County website reports Park Towne would probably be on there several times.
There are a lot of discourteous tenants who live here too who do not care about disturbing the other tenants and if you were to complain to the on site manager or the property manager they would turn it around and blame you for complaining.
So DO NOT MOVE IN.
