My wife and I were the first to live in our apartment, so we enjoyed the newness greatly. Debbie was a great apartment manager; we couldn't have asked for a better one. She took care of any problem that arose. The maintenance team worked hard to keep the place looking great and in working order.

There were, however a few problems that I should comment on: The neighbors were somewhat rude. Loud rap music. A woman was always standing outside her apartment, which we thought was quite strange. The kids were always out messing around in the parking lot, and at times were hanging out on our stairs when we needed to get through. Two cases of vandalism against our automobiles and apartment were reported to the police. We also reported meth being cooked nearby. Two terrible fires occured in the vacant lot just adjacent to the apartments, and we called 9-11 to report one of them. The laundry rooms were nice until the illegal immigrants turned them into 3rd-world pig-pen messes. The apartment is gated and has security, but they don't catch everything that goes on. These complaints have nothing to do with the actual management of these apartment. They work very hard to keep these apartments nice, but the residents don't care about the community and the quality of life.

Dont forget the little girl that was abducted from the apartment as well that was a great expierence.
