You obviously have 2 much time on your hands I too am a resident of this apt community and let me tell you Deborah was ok as a manager as long as you were one of her friends, however Tammy was the best mgr. this complex has ever had. You mentioned all these things however these were the rules that Deborah set forth and never was succesful in implementing them, the drug raid, kids partying, cars spray painted, cart tags, these were During Deorahs watch. Why do you not mention the fact that Tammy improved this property greatly, she got rid of car tags and replaced with stickers, installed fans in laundry rooms so that we could feel safe in laundry room at night, hired a better patrol company infact the patrol co. she hired was far better and much thorough than the company Deborah hired, let's not forget the basketball court she had redone with a much better pole and basket so that it didn't break constantly. Tammy was the best manager for this property as she wasn't afraid to talk to people. On any given day or night you may see her walking the property with her beautiful smile. So tell me Jenn why are you so consumed with Tammy and blaming her for all of Deborahs misgiving' Tammy has been gone for 8 months and yet you continue to blame her for things she had minimal control over. Are you that bored with your life' If you're so unhappy move. I'm still a resident here and I love it and I do appreciate all the hardwork that management and the maintenance crew put into this property startin with Tammy she set the standard high for the new manager by far. Actually i do know what i am talking about. Being that I am in property managment myself. My coments were not a pissing contest betwen Tammy and Deborah. I was not a friend of Deborah's I was just another resident of the community. Actually the problems that i mentioned happend on Tammy watch as well. But it was her horrible additude and customer service that is the reason that i moved. I am glad that your expierence was much better then mine. But it seems that you have just as much time on your hands as i do. As for security if you call a flash light and hand cuffs on a old man or a youg man that was caught making out in the laundry room with little girls security then that is your choice. I am a hard working mother of 3 and choose not to live in a place where all of that stuff was going on. ou have a great day as well
