I have to do this.... to warn everyone about this complex... I came from Los Angeles and moved to Perris. I choose to live in the apartments Redlands Towne Square.. as i got a tour i was shown a nice clean apt. because the one that i was going to say at(if i decided to move in) was "being cleaned". The tour was great, had a nice basketball court, gated parking, two nice pools, 2 Jacuzzis, and 2 places to do your laundry. As i've been living here for about 9 months, i've noticed some changes. Not only with the place but with the staff as well. The basketball court has been closed down and broken for the past 3-4 months... i don't usually use the pool or jacuzzi but, the day i did decide to use it..... not only were they both dirty but the jets in the jacuzzi(according to other residents they have been down for a month if not more) did not work. The "gated" parking is always open. The gate is never closed and when they finally decided to fix it(due to many complaints of being close to ran over) they leave the other gate opened on purpose.
It may sound like i am complaining..... But to come from a not so great place in Los Angeles and pay close to $1000.00 for a 1 bedroom apt.(if in had a tape measure i could give the exact sq. ft.) you'd figure this would be a good if not great place to live. But i've been let down..... So as soon as i can find another place, believe you me...... Im out of here..... Just remember if you do decide to move in....... you have been warned.
AND FOR THE PERSON WHO WORTE ABOUT THE STAFF.... THEY ARE RIGHT!!! IF YOU ARE NOT FRIENDS WITH THEM FORGET ABOUT COMPLAINING...... THEY WILL GET TO YOU WHEN THEY CAN!!!!!!!!!!
