Outside parking sucks, the workers from king taco take some of the parking. My truck got broken into, the apartments doesn't have cameras; where's the surveillance for the apartments. The apartment look nice but that's it. The rent is expensive, your paying for looks, just like buying a pair of jordans, compare to adidas or reebok.

In response to our current resident??s complaint regarding the parking at our community, we would like to offer the following. We provide 1-2 reserved spaces for each apartment home, within our gated community. Should any resident desire more than the assigned complimentary parking they are allowed to rent an extra space for an affordable fee. While we do agree that parking on the street places a vehicle at risk, no public street is free from exposure to theft and or vandalism. We strongly encourage our residents to maintain automobile and renters insurance to protect against these acts. In fact any and every car that is parked in our community must maintain current CA registration and be appropriately tagged with our parking permit. Our community is regularly patrolled by the Pico Rivera Sheriffs department and a copy of this resident concern will be forwarded to their office. We have a commitment to our residents and that is why we require residents to report any incident within 24 hours of the occurrence. Our video surveillance re-writes after 72 hours and early reporting is crucial to helping residents identify perpetrators. We appreciate this resident honesty when stating that our, California Villages apartments ??look great??. We strive hard to maintain the California Villages Difference, which in brief is our general attitude of superb customer service, quality apartment amenities and a commitment to community involvement and service. As part of the California Villages Difference we are committed to and fully focused on resident satisfaction. We look forward to restoring this resident??s confidence that this is the best apartment community in Pico Rivera.
