Las flores is a property were you don't have to say when you move in " it's just a matter of time to get comfortable",NO. Once you move in you feel safe, it feels roomy, it's quiet, WOW! "I'm comfortable already"

Las Flores Gardens is the worst place to live-in in Pico Rivera. Bad Parking, bad security, bad rules and regulations, the management charges every tenant for everything they do and the worst management - they don't listen to every tenant's complain specialy the parking & security condition which is very important to all tenants.
The rent goes up every year.
