The Manager Robert is a ****! He gives special treatment to his family and friends and picks on the ones he dont like.

Parking sucks.. he tows everyones car except his family and friends. Have to pay $25 a month extra for an additional parking space but we dont get a remote so we have to wait till some one lets us in.

Even with a secure parking garage your cars get broken into (there is supposedly a security gaurd but I have never seen him.

Washing machines take your money and manager will not refund your money.

Gym is only open during office hours unless your his family then you get special treatment and go in at 6am.

Maintance guys suck. I had a leaking roof for 1 month and 1/2 the maintiance guys tried fixing it 3 times and couldnt do it. it is now 2 months later and my roof is still not painted'

I would not recomend this place. I cant wait till my lease is up so I can get out of these high price apartments

pets are allowed for a $300 deposit and $25 a month charge.. they say there is a limit of dogs/cats you can have per apartment but my neighbor has 3 dogs but its ok cause thats his family. they also say there is a weight limit but one of my neighbors has a fully grown German shepard.

Train passes every hour and rattles your apartment
