Lived here for two years. Absolutely no sound insulation between downstairs and upstairs units (we lived upstairs). Bass levels from lower units stereo and "home theater system" unbearable. Management refused to do nothing about it unless violations were after 10 pm. Not everybody in this world works 9 to 5!! People now renting to leave trash in common areas. Management gave excuse after excuse as to why they could not replace broken microwave oven...after month complained directly to management company. They are now trying to bill us for cleaning a carpet which was stained when we moved in (and we were told they were going to replace because it's coming apart at the seams). Also, are trying to state that we owe a portion of the $4000 they supposedly get charged for repainting a 900 square foot apt (we did no damage to walls...didn't even hang pictures). Good thing we videotaped because we will fight them.
