Some of these opinions are outrageous! I OBJECT!!! I have lived at Oak Hills for a year now and we have never once had an issue with anything nor anyone. I have read the previous reviews and I disagree to the fullest extent.Our expierence has been great. The apartment was very spacious for a 2 bedroom. The facility its self was always clean and very well kept. Landscaping was done 3 times a week. There was plenty to do aswell. The complex has 2 large pools, spa's, sauna's, tennis courts, and fitness center. They even have a car wash area, so you dont have to sneak your hose over the balcony. As for theft, never happened to us. Treft is everywhere, you cant avoid it, there is inconsiderate people everywhere. I've spoken with many residents that have been here twice as long as me, and still no complaints. Plus the community is gated with remote access. Honestly, you really cant ask for better!!! Everything you need is within a mile or less. Shopping, BART, and Highway's are all just across the street. Management is very prefessional, and understanding to our needs. Maintence is very prompt and efficient.If your looking for an apartment, go take a look, you'll be just as impressed as we were.
