Very quiet and Clean I have lived here now for 2 1/2 years. This place is mostly owner occupied and I have wonderful neighbors. The grounds are always maintained. Gated and close to everything :) Happy tenant!!

DISGUSTING MOUSE INFESTED. I've caught 5 mice in the past 5 DAYS. A man I know has also caught 17 mice on TWO traps in the past week. This place is disgusting and once you get on their radar and show that you do not approve of the management they will find ways to try to force you out. I will

HORRIBLE NASTY HORRID DISGUSTING.... Worst place ever! Roaches and mice running all over the apartment. Drug dealers lurking in the parking lot. Police raids...saw one renter running around complex with a shotgun! Management is just as nasty, they do nothing about anything! Do Not Rent Here!

Crime ridden The Pittsburg PD are always here for some reason or another. Perhaps it's because the main gate is always opened - except on weekends.
Guess Kirker Creek management doesn't realize that most burglaries happen during the week.
