This place is just out right horrible. Where should I start' They are WAY over priced. For what I pay I should at the very least be able to use my own garage and not have to walk 1/4 - 1/2 mile through lovely gang ridden, crime infested, grafitti tagged downtown Placentia. People love having garages, yet none of these low-life people know how to open them and park in them. The maintenence crew is 100% handicaped. After asking 3 or 4 times and filling out a few written requests, they might get it done once or twice before having to come back and do it right. The porky ----- in the office couldnt get a handle on all the dogs crapping in front of everyones doors. She couldnt put down the pizza and the twinkies long enough to give a crap. She is never there, she doesnt return calls and has possibly the worst disposition towards people then anyone I have ever seen. I can go on and on about the poorly kept apartments, the ------ service from maintenence, the WAY over-priced rent, the messed up parking situation the terrible ant and roach problem, the fact that it sits 50 feet from the train tracks, (dont plan on sleeping much if you are a light sleeper) and so on and so on.
Bottom line, keep looking. ANY place is better then Craplyle Square. There are so many negatives and vertually no positives. I would have rather lived in my car. At least I would have had a place to park.
I bought a house last year in the area. My mortgage is about 175 dollars more a month then my rent there was. Please think hard before moving there. It is no coinsidence that all of these reviews say roughly the same thing.
