Pretty bad...

Parking for your friends was truly a nightmare. I was happy with my garage, but I almost never invited anyone over because I felt bad about them having to walk a mile to get to my crudy apartment. The trains did not bother me much. Maybe that was because I was on the other side of the street. And my particular neighbors werent so bad. I was lucky though because half of the apartments near me were empty!
Management is truly horrible. My friend who still lives there had her rent check lost twice in three months!! It is ridiculous. I lived there for 9 months or so and I complained from the first day about a HORRIBLE sewage smell in the bathroom and they never lifted a finger. One time a maintenance guy came while I was gone and merely left a note saying "No smell detected." What a load of crap. That place was unfit to live in. I had to wash all my clothes and air out my furniture after I moved. I never saw any mice, but my place was pretty disgusting. It is totally expensive and I would advice anyone to go someplace else. Oh, it is nice that you can have pets here, but everyone lets there dogs crap in the grass and dont clean it up.
